Question: How do I place the foam pad on my bed and which is the top and bottom?
Answer: The cut size of the foam pad needs to be placed up, flat side against the mattress.  There is not a top or bottom (head to foot).  The larger cuts start in the middle get smaller to the end so that the life of the pad is longer.

Question: Where can we find your products?
Answer: Some of our products are licensed under Beautyrest, Croscill or Nautica name or under Louisville Bedding and can be found at most retail stores.  For a listing of retail stores, please click here.

Question: Do you make Electric mattress pads/covers?
Answer: We do not make the electric pads.  However you can find the electric pads at Sunbeam at 601-671-2200.

Question: Where can we find a Olympic mattress pad?
Answer: Bed Bath & Beyond and J. C. Penney

Question: Do your foam products contain PBDE (Poly Brominates Diphenyl Ether)?
Answer: None of our products contain this.

Question: Are your products hypoallergenic?
Answer: Nothing is 100% guaranteed to be non Re-active.  However we take every possible care in formulating and producing a minimum instance of allergic reactions. 

Question: Do your products have warranties and what do I need to do to use my warranty?
Answer: All of our products have warranties.  Please check your packaging when you bought your product for instructions.

Question: Can we purchase directly from you?
Answer: We are a manufacturer and sell to the retail stores only.  For a listing of retail stores, please click here.

Question: Do you make mattress pads for water beds or sofa beds?
Answer: None are specifically made for water beds or sofa beds.  However our regular sized mattress pads should fit your water bed or your sofa bed.

Question: Where can we find the pocketed coil pillow?
Answer: Tuesday Morning and QVC have bought them in the past.  If you are unable to find them at these locations, please call our 800 number at 1-800-626-2594 for additional information.
